When you approach your chat limit, we'll notify you via email. If you exceed the limit, the chatbot will continue working, but we'll suggest upgrading to a higher plan. We never abruptly shut down your service - your customers will always be able to get help.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll prorate charges accordingly.
